Week-one-quit-sugar-challenge

• Sit down and enjoy down to the last bite of sugar you will eat before you start this on Thursday/ April 12

• Keep a water bottle with you at all times, particularly when you tend to snack mindlessly (while watching TV, or when commuting) Make sure you drink 2-3 liters of water everyday. 

• Stock up on basic fruits like bananas, berries, apples, and oranges. Seasonal/ local fruits are even better. Limit to one-two servings of fruit per day, but eat it when you crave sugar. 

• No stevia/ artificial sweeteners/ coconut sugars/ honey/ maple syrup allowed. Also beware of things like cereal, condiments, salad dressings, and store-bought anything. READ THE LABEL! 

•  Multigrain, wholemeal, and rye bread are okay. 

• DM me when you really cannot control your craving. I'll do it for you ;)
